Section 1

The first section is all about creating a foundation for our study- establishing a common language and understanding of design across disciplines. This section is also about understanding the basics of perception, since graphic, visual design will be our way into explore the wider world of design throughout the semester. And finally we will quickly survey the history of art and extract out a foundational understanding of the history of design.
