LINK Imaging System
A set of motion design pieces for a modular microscopy setup that can be configured for multiple imaging modalities. The animations share a common visual language so each process reads as part of the same flexible research platform.
LINK: EBS
Enhanced backscatter spectroscopy analyzes light scattered back from a sample to gather information about microscopic structure and organization. This animation shows how illumination, collection optics, and detected backscatter signal relate to one another within the LINK system.
LINK: OCT
Optical coherence tomography uses reflected light to build depth-resolved, cross-sectional information. This section frames OCT as one configuration of the larger LINK system, connecting illumination, sample response, detector path, and reconstructed image data.
LINK: Ultrasound
Ultrasound imaging sends high-frequency sound waves into a sample and reads the returning echoes to infer internal structure. This animation adapts that workflow to the LINK platform, placing acoustic energy and detector feedback alongside the optical modalities.
